- We look at the addition of materials like Hebel, which bring added efficiency and insulation to your home, and it looks great!
- A popular addition, if space allows on your block, are rainwater tanks which not only contribute to reducing your water bill but also impact positively on water usage and drawing from town resources.

From what originally began as our modular Kite design, this concept is now being built on a slab, and step by step and stage by stage, this wonderful home is all coming together.
We achieved a new vision from adapting the initial concept with unique customisations like extending the kitchen through to what would have been the dining room to achieve open plan goodness, and creating space in the kitchen for an island bench. And for a homey touch, a verandah was also added to the front and rear, it’s a delight!
As of right now;
✨All the joinery is in
✨The tiling is complete
✨The flooring is fully installed… and all the final details are soon to be added with handover day in our sights.
